    Questions

    Plain answers.

Which size should I choose, 25L or 35L?

Choose 25L if you shoot mirrorless and carry one body and a couple of lenses. Choose 35L if you carry a heavier system, long lenses, or you are out for several days on foot.

The two sizes use the same materials, zips and construction. Only the size is different. If you are between the two, talk to Stanley (opens in a new tab) before you decide.

    Will my camera system fit?

The bags measure 29 x 46 x 20 cm (25L) and 32 x 51 x 22 cm (35L). These are outside sizes, so the space inside is a little smaller. The separators move, so you can shape the inside around your kit.

Not sure? Send us your camera and lens list, or book the call, and we will help you choose.

Can I buy extra modules later?

Yes, within 48 hours of ordering, while your bag is still with us. Use the link in your confirmation email and they ship in the same box at no extra shipping. Please also email explorewith@tworedtabs.com to reconfirm the add-ons you are interested in.

    How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide with tracking. Delivery is usually 7 to 14 days from dispatch.

Why is there a US$60 shipping fee?

It is a flat rate for every country. The real carrier cost is often more than double that. We cover part of it as a thank-you, so the fee is the same wherever you live. It is added at checkout.

    Will I pay import taxes?

Possibly. Import duties, taxes and tariffs are not included in our price. Your country's customs office decides if they apply, and you pay them directly. The amount varies by country, so check your local rules if you are unsure.

    What does the warranty cover?

A limited lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects: faulty stitching, zippers that fail because of how they were made, and material defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from use.

To make a claim, write to explorewith@tworedtabs.com.

    Will it fit as carry-on?

Both sizes are designed to fit most airline carry-on limits. Airlines differ, so check yours before you fly.

    Is the bag waterproof?

No. The fabric is weather resistant, which handles light rain and splashes. For heavier rain, every kit includes a rain cover, stored in the bottom compartment.

Pick a size. Pick a kit. The rest is already in the box.

Shipping is a flat US$60. Import taxes are extra. A person is a short call away.
